Calls regarding trouble outside the coverage areas or escalation of troubles may be made directly to your sales representative with the numbers he/she has provided. Our representatives may be able to assist you over the phone; if not, they will schedule a service call to your business. Service calls are generally scheduled from 8-5pm Monday through Friday, but technicians are on call 24 hours a day for emergencies.

Knology service technicians will repair or replace all wiring and equipment to the outside entry point of your business at no cost to you. If a Knology service technician determines that there is a problem within the wiring inside of your business, he/she may be able to repair or replace that, too at reasonable rates.
